The Satanic Temple wants to reach more young people–by providing after school clubs in public elementary schools. The Satanic Temple leaders point to the existence of plenty of Christian after-school education programs as comparisons.

But the plans aren’t as Lucifer-inspired as they sound. The Satanic Temple won’t actually be teaching anything about Satan–it just uses the name “Satan” for symbolic reasons. Instead it “will be providing a scientific after school club to balance the superstition being put forward by the Evangelical groups” and believes that “science trumps all.”

Also the name of the program will be “Educatin’ with Satan” which is really just the best name ever.
