Today we have yet another email scandal. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson apparently used an email address with a fake alias when discussing climate change when he was the CEO of Exxon Mobil. From at least 2008 until 2015 he used the alias “Wayne Tracker” when corresponding about climate change. He did not disclose this information during his confirmation hearing. New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has been looking into whether Tillerson, or Exxon, consciously misled or withheld information about climate change for over a year. Now Schneiderman has sent a letter to the judge overseeing the case, asking him to order Exxon to explain itself.
