Former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani has been all over the news lately. He gave a fear-mongering speech at the RNC back in July, and then made headlines a few weeks ago for his bizarre claims about there being no radical Islamic terrorism under President George W. Bush. Now, Giuliani is claiming that he has “saved more black people than Beyonce.”
