Chipotle is facing a pretty big lawsuit from roughly 10,000 of its employees, who claim that they were forced to work extra hours “off the clock.” They weren’t paid for the extra hours they worked, so if these allegations are true, that’s known as wage theft. The workers, and former workers, who are filing the lawsuit come from almost every state that Chipotle operates in, lending credence to the idea that this is a widespread issue.

Chipotle has had a lot of scandals over the past couple years. Here’s to hoping the company can get its shit together. Because, let’s be honest here, this is all of us:
