Twitter Defends Khan Family, Mocks #TrumpSacrifices

The internet is not convinced that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has ever sacrificed anything, after Trump criticized the Gold Star family who spoke at the Democratic National Convention last week.

Khizr Khan stole the show at the DNC Thursday, when he said Donald Trump has "sacrificed nothing and no one," and questioned if Trump has read the U.S. Constitution. Trump responded to the speech during an interview with ABC News' "This Week," where he criticized Khizr and his wife Ghazala--the Muslim American parents of a soldier killed in Iraq--claiming Ghazala remained silent during the speech because she "wasn't allowed to speak," and that he's "made a lot of sacrifices!"

Unfortunately, no one seems to believe him.

Twitter quickly started mocking the billionaire's supposed sacrifices with a string of sarcastic tweets using the trending hashtag #TrumpSacrifices. Here are the top ten #TrumpSacrifices from the hashtag:
