Frank Moracco, the mayor of Frankfort Village, New York, was arrested this week after it was discovered that he had stolen 111 road signs for his town. According to the police: “There were a variety of signs, including yield and stop signs. A village usually has to apply to get signs and then pay a fee. [Moracco] bypassed that process.”
