Weird Arrests of the Week

Jason Donte Hayes, of Philadelphia, was arrested after he broke into the house of an elderly woman, stole money from her, and then demanded she meet him in a separate parking lot with more money the next day. He said that she would be able to find him because he told her, “I’ll be dressed exactly the same way as I am today.” That made it all the easier for police to find him and dub him the “dumbest criminal of the year.”
