Happy Friday, Law Street readers! Despite the holidays approaching, people all over the country are still doing stupid things, and getting arrested for doing those stupid things. Check out the weirdest arrests of the week in the slideshow below:

Patrick Rempe, 24, was arrested in Indian River County, Florida, after he tried to break into an unexpected place–jail. He was high on flakka, a synthetic drug, and was trying to “visit his friends who were in jail.” He will probably be getting his wish.
