Lawsuits and Public Outrage over Wild Horse Experiments

I’m sure you haven’t thought much about the wild horse population this year. Now is your chance. Last Friday, the Bureau of Land Management announced that it had ended its sterilization (spaying) experiments on wild mares. This change comes in on the heels of the mass public outrage and three lawsuits, including an injunction filed by The Cloud Foundation and American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign. The next step for these groups is to ensure that BLM does not continue to euthanize wild horses in its holding facilities.
