Has the airline you’re traveling on ever lost your baggage? That’s the worst, right? Like…what are you supposed to do on vacation without any clothing?

But we might not have to worry about that problem for too much longer–the United States government is proposing a rule that would require airlines to refund any baggage fees if your luggage is “substantially delayed.” After all, having to pay a fee for a bag that doesn’t show up on time (or at all) is just adding insult to injury. Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx said: “If you pay the baggage fee and your bags are not returned to you in a timely manner, you’ve essentially paid for a service you’re not getting.”

Now I just want to see one of the presidential candidates make this part of their platform.
