Eric Trump proudly tweeted a picture of his ballot as he was casting a vote for his dad yesterday. But apparently he didn’t know that it’s illegal to do so in the state of New York.

The tweet has since been deleted and Trump Jr. will almost certainly not go to jail. But it could be a good idea to know the law if you are a family member of someone running for president.
