Violence against protesters at the Dakota Access Pipeline seems to be getting more aggressive. Yesterday, reports stated that police had begun using water cannons on protesters along Highway 1808 in sub-freezing temperatures.

The news was met with supporters’ concerns over the health and welfare of those caught in the turmoil.

It has also been reported that one protester may lose her arm after being hit with a percussion grenade over the weekend.
