Yesterday, a Trump supporter and former Navy SEAL compared the Muslim registry that Donald Trump and others have proposed with the Japanese internment camps of the 1940’s. In a segment on Fox News, Carl Higbie said that a Muslim registry is a good idea, and that there are precedents: “We did it during World War II with [the] Japanese.”

The statement startled Megyn Kelly in the studio and led people all over to question what is really going to happen under Trump’s presidency.

If Trump creates a Muslim registry I will register Muslim.
I’m Jewish.
