Former CBS anchor Dan Rather wrote in a viral Facebook post that the failure of the GOP health care bill is the most “staggering loss” he has ever seen so early in a president’s term–and warned Americans that this might just be the beginning. After seven years of vowing to repeal Obamacare, Republicans failed to secure enough votes to do it last week. Trump blamed others, as usual, saying that the Democrats didn’t back the bill. He has said that he is sick of negotiating and will move on to other issues.
Rather has often taken to social media to express his thoughts about the Trump Administration. In his post, he added, “The morass of blame is only beginning.” “Meanwhile, the Russian shadow continues to darken,” he ominously finished.
