Yesterday, former Vice President Joe Biden was at the Capitol in recognition of the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act. Many were happy to see Uncle Joe again, but one fan in particular had waited since sunrise. Four-month-old Golden Retriever puppy, also named Biden, had come with his human, Sydney, to meet his namesake. Sydney said she named her puppy Biden because “he is probably my favorite politician and favorite elected official. I really respect Joe Biden even though I don’t necessarily align with him politically.” As soon as Biden the person saw Biden the puppy, he lit up, and after the speech he went straight to the pup to say hi.
