Irish Politicians Dig Beyoncé

Many Irish politicians appear to have a fun sense of humor and great taste in music. When Irish journalist Amy O’Connor realized she had no idea what the members of the Irish parliament think about Beyoncé, she decided she would email them and ask. She sent a short questionnaire to every single one but didn’t expect to get that many replies. But 37 got back to her, and some elaborated on their answers about Beyoncé quite a bit. Like this one:

A lot of them seemed to be huge fans of Beyoncé and were delighted to answer. But some were indifferent, and one said he would like her more “if she paid the Sri Lanka women who sew her clothing line a decent wage.” And one actually said he prefers Adele:
