Yesterday Donald Trump and a senior adviser, Anthony Scaramucci, seemed to blame the recent threats against Jewish community centers on either Democrats or Jewish people themselves.
Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro spoke with Trump yesterday about the threats and recent vandalism targeting Jewish centers and cemeteries. He said that Trump implied a few times that the attacks were propagated by the Jewish community, with the intent to make Trump look bad. Trump was previously criticized for taking a long time to comment on the recent anti-Semitic incidents and many reacted strongly to his rude treatment of an orthodox Jewish reporter at a press conference a few weeks ago.
