Judge Richard Posner: Absolutely no value in studying U.S. Constitution

GASP! Squeal! I’m sure Antonin Scalia is rolling over in his crypt. Richard Posner, 7th Circuit Court Judge and senior lecturer at the University of Chicago, sees “absolutely no value” in studying the U.S. Constitution because “eighteenth-century guys” couldn’t have possibly foreseen the culture and technology of today.
