Subway Employee Really Doesn’t Feel Like Being Robbed
Last week, a masked man attempted to rob a Subway restaurant in Warren, Ohio. But the employee standing behind the cash register didn’t back down easily. When the masked robber told Cathy Stafford to give him money, she just said, “Why are you doing this?” He grew increasingly impatient when she kept refusing, and said, “Open the f*cking register.” Stafford hit back, telling him to “Get a job.” Instead of handing him anything, she started asking if he was the one who had been robbing other businesses in the neighborhood. Eventually, the robber stole the tip jar and left.
Stafford’s co-worker Sierra Harper filmed the incident to try and get the robber’s face on video, and now the clip has gone viral. It was the second robbery in a week at that specific Subway. According to Harper, some people have been in touch saying they know who the robber is and they are hopeful he will be arrested.
