Ten more states are suing the Obama Administration over the directive that allows students in public schools to use the bathroom of whatever gender they identify with. Nebraska, the state that filed the suit, is being joined by Arkansas, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Wyoming. This all makes sense, as regulating where people pee should be at the top of every state’s agenda.
