The former New York City Mayor is well known for his controversial comments, but it looks like he’s stepping up his game lately. At a press conference in Philadelphia today Giuliani said that requiring Muslims on the terrorism watchlist to wear electronic tracking tags is an “excellent idea.” While Republicans shot down an effort to prevent people on the watch list from buying guns because of the potential for abuse, Guiliani sees no such problem.
