In a somewhat cringe-worthy move, the teenage son of a Republican politician became an internet sensation after a well-timed dab. Cal Marshall, 17, was posing for a photo with his father Representative Roger Marshall, who was being sworn in, and House Speaker Paul Ryan. As they prepared for the shot, which was supposed to be a serious, official photo, Cal seized the opportunity and dabbed. Paul Ryan didn’t understand what was going on. “Are you alright?” he asked, and then, “are you going to sneeze?”
The teenage boy quickly took down his arm and said “yes.” His father saved the situation by saying, “he’s sneezy.” But Ryan got the last word in:
