President-elect Donald Trump keeps doing things that raise eyebrows. On New Year’s Eve, he reportedly partied with convicted felon Joey “No Socks” Cinque at his Mar-a-Lago estate. In a video clip, Cinque is seen standing next to Trump, loudly cheering, as Trump talks about his campaign promises in front of hundreds of guests.
So who is Cinque? He was convicted of possession of stolen art in 1989 and survived an attempted murder in 1980. He’s also a good friend of the infamous John Gotti.
Today, Cinque is the CEO of the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, an organization that reviews American hotels, restaurants, and spas. The company’s website named Trump “ambassador extraordinaire” last year.
