Kid Protester Who Started Fire at Deploraball is Drew Carey’s Son

When someone lit a Donald Trump sign on fire outside the National Press Club while the so-called Deploraball was going on, Fox News turned to a very young protester who was standing right there. “My name is Connor and I kind of started this fire,” the 11-year old admitted with a grin. When the reporter asked why, Connor was equally honest, saying, “because I wanted to and because, I’m just saying, screw our President.” He then walked away with a shrug.

The kid gained a lot of online fans for his blunt honesty and youth, and now it turns out that he’s the son of actor and comedian Drew Carey. The actor, who used to be in the Marines, emceed the Veterans Inaugural Ball and is reportedly upset with his son for his misbehavior. But, many people online are hailing Connor as a kid hero.
