Bad Dog: Sunny Obama Nipped Malia’s Friend on the Face

It seems like the Obama dogs are a little upset that they’re leaving the White House soon. Sunny Obama, the younger of the President’s two Portuguese water dogs, bit one of Malia’s friends in the face when they were playing the other day. No worries, the friend will be fine, although the bite will probably leave a scar, and it needed stitches from the White House doctor. The unnamed teenage girl posted some pictures on her Snapchat, writing that Malia thought it was funny and showing a smiling First Daughter in the background.

Portuguese water dogs are generally very friendly, but Sunny has been a little bit rowdier than her older brother Bo. A few years ago, she knocked over a two-year-old girl at a White House party for military families. She also likes to use the floor near the Obama’s bedroom as a toilet, even though she isn’t a puppy anymore. “Terrible. It’s disgusting,” President Obama said about it.

It’s ok, Sunny, you’re still really cute:
