A photo of Ivanka Trump sitting in Donald Trump’s chair in the Oval Office raised eyebrows yesterday. Ivanka’s caption for the photo was: “A great discussion with two world leaders about the importance of women having a seat at the table!”

But what is Ivanka’s official role? Although she doesn’t have a set job in the White House, she has accompanied her father to many important meetings and trips.

And last night Trevor Noah got involved in the debate, saying, “What makes this really annoying is 3 million more Americans wanted a woman sitting behind that desk full-time, not just for the photo op.” He also zoomed in on the way Ivanka eyed Justin Trudeau during their meeting, suggesting that she may think the Canadian PM is pretty easy on the eyes.
