What Has Obama Been Up to Lately?

If you are wondering what President Obama thinks about the chaos surrounding the Trump Administration right now, we now have the answer. The post-presidency spokesman for Obama, Kevin Lewis, said in a statement on Monday that the former president “is heartened by the level of engagement taking place in communities around the country.” He added that Obama thinks the protesters are exercising their Constitutional rights and that he “fundamentally disagrees with the notion of discriminating against individuals because of their faith or religion.” Obama promised not to criticize his successor, as is custom for former presidents, but he did promise to speak out if he thinks core American values are being threatened.

After leaving the White House, Obama flew to the Caribbean with Michelle for a well-deserved break. And according to pictures on social media, he seemed to enjoy trading his suits for a backward hat.
