Trump-Themed Christmas Carols for All

They say the best way to deal with hard times is to laugh, and what better way to do that than with parody songs? Singer Fiona Apple has rewritten Nat King Cole’s classic “The Christmas Song” in honor of Donald Trump, replacing the first half of the word “chestnuts” in the song with “Trump’s…” You can figure out the rest of the slightly NSFW lyrics:

But these new carols are happening on both sides of the aisle. Comedian Dana Kamide came up with a modern right-wing take on “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.” His version, “It’s the Most Wonderful Time in Eight Years,” is aimed specifically at happy Trump voters.
