Celebrity chef and TV star Anthony Bourdain is not exactly a fan of Donald Trump. In an interview with Eater, he said that as a New Yorker, he has seen Trump, his comments, and his actions up close for the past 30 years, and he has not been left with a favorable impression. “I remember the Central Park Five, and what he said. I’ve seen how he’s treated employees,” he said.
Bourdain also took a shot at chef Alessandro Borgognone, who is set to open up a restaurant in the Trump DC hotel. Bourdain said, “I will never eat in his restaurant. I have utter contempt for him, utter and complete contempt.” He pointed out that opening up a restaurant in the Trump Hotel is not a good idea, saying, “Trump–the man eats his steak well done! I don’t think he’s a good person.”
