Philadelphia officials are urging residents to please stop turning dumpsters into swimming pools, after someone made a “trash receptacle into a swimming pool.” Why shut it down? If you ask me, that’s called innovative prowess. Anyway, Philly natives everywhere are having a field day with this one.
