Pamela M. Laich, 33, of Altoona, Pennsylvania, was working as a confidential informant for the police. She was authorized to buy heroin in an attempt to catch a dealer, but everything didn’t go quite as planned. Laich ended up trying to keep the heroin for herself and replace the drugs with cereal. She was quickly arrested as a result.
