Someone Needs to Cool Down

Travis Turner, 27, a Pennsylvania resident, called 911 last week in the hopes that they would help him fix his broken air conditioner. In fact, he has made more than 60 bogus 911 calls over the last few years. He has received two misdemeanor charges as a result of the most recent call.
