It may be the dog days of summer, but that hasn't stopped some people from getting in trouble in really stupid ways. Check out the weird arrests of the week below:

Pamela Downs,  from Kingsport, Tennessee, was arrested after she tried to use counterfeit money at a gas station. She explained that it was ok, because she had read on the internet that Obama had legalized printing your own money. This was, obviously, not true.
