Carrie Pernula of Champlin, Minnesota, was arrested after she sent her neighbors a series of incredibly weird letters. She was annoyed by her neighbors’ young children, and sent the parents a letter that read: “The children look delicious. May I have a taste?” She’s been charged with stalking and disorderly conduct.
