Nelly’s 2002 hit “Hot In Herre” is making a comeback, all for a good cause! After TMZ reported that the country rapper was facing a huge $2.4 million debt to the IRS, Spin writer Brian Josephs suggested fans stream “‘Hot In Herre’ at least a collective 287,176,547 times so that Nelly could earn a sizable Spotify payout.”
#SaveNelly began trending on Twitter at the start of this week and people were glad to give back to the man who gave us some life-changing lyrics.
