This weekend, social media was jostled by some images Ohio police posted online of two people overdosing in their car while a four-year-old child sat in the back. The images are disturbing to say the least, but the story behind them is so much worse. Rhonda Pasek and James Acord were shooting up while driving last Thursday. Police saw Acord driving erratically just before coming to a screeching halt behind a school bus that was letting children off. When police came to the scene, Pasek and Acord were out cold, Pasek turning blue as her child sat in the backseat.

Unreal!

Many people have been wondering whether it was okay for the police to post such graphic pictures on Facebook but I think the public needs to know how bad the opioid epidemic is getting.
