Martin Shkreli Leaked Wu Tang Clan Songs As Trump Was Winning

Ex-pharmaceutical boss Martin Shkreli bought the only copy of the Wu Tang Clan’s album “Once Upon a Time in Shaolin” for $2 million in 2015. And as it became clear that Trump was winning, he started releasing excerpts from the record on Periscope. Apparently the rappers themselves are not very happy that Shkreli was the one who bought the album, as they called him “a shithead.”

Shkreli is not known for being a nice guy. When he was a pharma CEO he hiked the price of an AIDS drug up to $750 a pill. About buying the album he said: “the press thing is a part of it, but it’s also to show your friends, or your last company, like, ‘Hey, fuck you, look at me, I got this $2m album.’ Guys do that all the time.” Cool guy.
