Snoop Dogg recently made a not-so-discreet jab at the president by pointing a toy gun at a Trump lookalike with a clown mask in his new music video for the song “Lavender.” It’s pretty obvious that it was supposed to look like the president, and now Trump’s lawyer has demanded an apology from the rapper. “There’s absolutely nothing funny about an assassination attempt on a president, and I’m really shocked at him because I thought he was better than that,” said Michael Cohen. He pointed out that it’s fine to protest and have differing opinions, but that there’s a line that Snoop “played very close to.” Trump himself tweeted this morning, suggesting that Snoop should be arrested.
