The NFL was a victim of the latest Twitter hack. Just a few hours ago, someone broke into the NFL profile and announced to the NFL’s 19 million followers that commissioner Roger Goodell had passed away.

The post was retweeted 2,000 times before it was quickly spotted and deleted. The NFL later tweeted “Not true. Hacked.” Sources say that the account may still be compromised as the hacker continues to troll. Of course, Twitter has had some hilarious responses:
