Over the weekend, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie ordered a state government shutdown after lawmakers were unable to pass a state budget. So, just in time for the Fourth of July celebrations, all state-run parks, beaches, forests, and camping areas are closed to the public. However, yesterday photos were published of Christie and his family enjoying a day on the beach; they were spending the weekend in a beach house that the state provides.
