Holiday shopping is a nightmare for many, but taking it out on your fellow shoppers with a blatantly racist rant is not the right way to deal with it. A video that went viral on Tuesday shows an older white woman losing it while waiting in line at a JCPenney store in Louisville, Kentucky. A younger Hispanic woman in front of her is seen paying for her purchases while her friend adds some more things to the cart. The white woman gets very upset, and starts yelling things like “Go back to wherever the f*** you come from, lady,” and “Speak English, you’re in America. If you don’t know it, learn it.”

At least the woman got what she deserved. Jefferson Mall, where the incident took place, later issued a statement saying she was banned from the mall for life.
