LA Lawyer “Appalled” by FBI Warrant for Hillary’s Emails

Yesterday, the FBI warrant for Hillary Clinton’s emails was unsealed, and Los Angeles lawyer Randy Schoenberg, who had requested it, said he was “appalled.” He wanted to find out what probable cause the agency had to believe that anything on Anthony Weiner’s computer could be incriminating to Clinton. He claims that the FBI warrant didn’t provide any specifics at all.

“I see nothing at all in the search warrant application that would give rise to probable cause, nothing that would make anyone suspect that there was anything on the laptop beyond what the FBI had already searched and determined not to be evidence of a crime,” he said.
