#PenceBlackHistory Trends After VP’s Black History Month Tweet

February is Black History month, and Vice President Mike Pence celebrated by sending out quite the odd tweet. He decided to honor Black History month with a tweet recognizing President Abraham Lincoln--surely one of the most important figures in American history, but not the point of Black History month.

In response to Pence's tone deaf and weird tweet, the hashtag #PenceBlackHistory started trending. Check out some of the best:
