This Prank Has Gone Too Far

Jason Kozan, 30, was arrested near Cleveland, Ohio, after he viciously egged a former neighbor’s home over 100 times in a year. He has been “charged with feloniously vandalizing the home starting in May 2014 and ending in June 2015.”
