Culture Shock

While it’s unclear whether or not this incident actually ended an arrest, the police were certainly involved. Kansas police found a man taking a picture of a cornfield wearing nothing but “a hat and a smile.” They told the naked guy to go back to his more “liberal” home state of Oregon.
