Weird Arrests of the Week

Candace M. Alberti, 33, of White Plains, New York was arrested after she stole some underwear from a TJ Maxx store, and then bit the employee who tried to get it back from her. When an employee confronted Alberti outside of the store after he saw her place the merchandise into her bag, she allegedly kicked him, slapped off his glasses, and bit his thumb, before being subdued.
