Huckabee Pays In “Eye of the Tiger” Lawsuit

Huckabee didn’t pay to use the Survivor song when introducing Kim Davis at a rally. Survivor’s guitarist sued the former Arkansas governor for copyright infringement. Huckabee tried to avoid paying for the fees and claimed that the rally was a religious event which would have let him use the song for free. But Survivor lawyers pointed out that the rally was counted as a presidential campaign expense. Too bad Huckabee, you lose, AGAIN.
