The L Train Is Down, Let’s Panic

Yesterday, the MTA officially announced that the beloved and very effed up L train will go offline for 18 months in 2019 to repair the damage done by Hurricane Sandy. Daily commuters on the L train and Brooklyn dwellers are now being called “victims” and everyone is pretty stressed about the entire situation. Oh what to do? As the rest of us New Yorkers watch from our privileged and very operational subway lines, devastation strikes:
