Ever heard of Insane Clown Posse? Aside from a brief mention on an Always Sunny in Philadelphia episode, the clown-faced rap duo is relatively unknown. Contrary to their very underground persona, ICP has been making the rounds on trending social media after the group announced its plan to march on the Capitol next week in protest of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. At the 17th Annual Gathering of the Juggalo’s last weekend, frontman Violent J told fans:  “We’re gonna do a [expletive] march on Washington. They call the Juggalo World a movement, right? Well, let’s move!”

The march is most likely in protest of the FBI’s National Gang Threat Assessment, in which the bureau described the group as a “loosely organized hybrid gang.”
