I’m in Federal Court in New Jersey with a Title 18 Lawsuit due to a video recording encounter. The logistics of coordinating all the separate
factors are formidable. The time facttor elements are measured in minutes, and getting ALL the elements to click together at the scens are problematic at best.
If you don’t have an attorney on the payroll, why would they take a call out of the blue? They aren’t likely to give free consultation over the phone.
